2024 Saskatchewan Stitches Conference

We would like to send an enormous heartfelt thank-you to everyone who attended the 2024 Saskatchewan Stitches Conference in Muenster last week!

Our program coordinator Jenny was invited to speak to attendees on the opening evening as well as host a collection and volunteer space. We met so many beautiful folks from the sewing and quilting community stop by. We enjoyed getting to spend time with Janome Canada educator and human extraordinaire Amanda Brown who is a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm!

We appreciated all your enthusiasm for our program as well as your suggestions and connections.

We had donations come from Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan (special shoutout to the Hat Grannies from Medicine Hat!) We feel your love and this love is shared through all of our partner communities. Your support means the world to the youth who are able to access sewing through their schools!

Thanks to everyone who stopped to cut quilt squares (especially you Jan Bones!!) as we begin to prepare for the 2024/25 school year! Stay tuned to hear how you will soon be able to help from the comfort of your own home!
